CUHK Pleasure in the Pandemic Holds Beijing-Hong Kong University Alliance and Shanghai-Hong Kong University Alliance Special Concerts
The China Engagement Office (CEO) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) organized the Pleasure in the Pandemic Joint Performance with partners under the Beijing-Hong Kong University Alliance (BHUA) on 30 September and Shanghai-Hong Kong University Alliance (SHUA) on 28 October respectively. The special shows offered enjoyable cultural performances and enhanced the connection among alliance members.
CEO has been collaborating with mainland partners to hold the Pleasure in the Pandemic Joint Performance since March 2022. The event aims to establish a virtual platform during the pandemic to enrich the cultural life of students by presenting a diverse range of student performances. Participating students can support each other in adversity, maintain physical and mental health, and stay positive to respond to challenges. It takes place on the last Friday of every month via online platform(s). Each show lasts for about an hour.
