2024粵港澳高校聯盟工作會議在中大舉行

粵港澳高校聯盟年度工作會議於2024年3月11日在香港中文大學(中大)舉行。會議回顧並商討各領域的合作發展計劃,中大副校長陳偉儀教授、香港特別行政區政府教育局總行政主任(高等教育)陳嘉鳳女士、廣東省教育廳港澳臺事務辦公室副主任陳琦先生、澳門特別行政區政府教育及青年發展局高等教育廳廳長許嘉路先生在開幕式上致辭,廣東省人民政府、中央人民政府駐香港特別行政區聯絡辦公室教育科技部創高處、以及中央人民政府駐澳門特別行政區聯絡辦公室教育與青年工作部,以及聯盟成員院校的代表出席了會議。 年度工作會議提供機會予各成員院校負責聯盟事務的代表進行交流,就未來一年的發展提出新項目及發表意見。會上總結各院校發展計劃,特別針對各個範疇下的合作領域,對聯盟來年規劃提出全域性及可行性的建議。 粵港澳高校聯盟成立於2016年11月,由中大聯同中山大學及澳門大學共同發起,以連結三地精英大學、培養人才及推動地區發展為目標,合作範圍包括科研、學生交流、協同創新及智庫建設等。聯盟現時成員共43所院校,包括廣東省27所、香港地區9所及澳門7所。

「2023年大灣區科學論壇名師講堂」

中國科學院倡議成立的一帶一路國際科學組織聯盟(ANSO)於2021年發起大灣區科學論壇,論壇以科技部、中國科學院、中國工程院、中國科學技術協會為指導單位,廣東省人民政府為主辦單位,是粵港澳大灣區最高級別的科學盛會。香港中文大學(中大)作為聯盟唯一的香港院校,已於2022年7月成功舉辦第一屆科學論壇名師講壇,獲得社會各界廣泛好評。   為進一步促進大灣區學術合作,中大將於2023年7月31日(星期一)上午9時30分至12時正, 以線上線下結合的形式, 舉辦2023年大灣區科學論壇名師講壇。作為香港中文大學60周年校慶系列活動之一,這屆論壇很榮幸邀請到鍾南山院士、盧煜明院長和樊春海院士分享真知灼見,並與粵港澳大灣區的青年科學家進行對話,進一步培養有全面性思想的未來科創人才。   現誠邀您出席活動,並請於2023年7月26日(星期三)或以前掃瞄海報二維碼進行網上登記。

中大舉行骨與關節軟骨退變和再生學術研討會

根據國家自然科學基金委員會與京港學術交流中心的合作協議,香港中文大學(中大)於11月10日至11日在中大祖堯堂舉辦「骨與關節軟骨退變和再生學術研討會」,冀通過學者專家跨學科交流,推動內地和香港醫學科學的協作,夯實研究基礎,促進科技創新和臨床轉化,改善人類生活。研討會由中大主辦,中大內地及大中華發展處、矯形外科及創傷學系以及《骨科轉化醫學雜誌》承辦,以實體及線上混合模式舉行,共百多名香港與內地人士參與。 會議開幕主禮嘉賓包括中大校長段崇智教授、國家自然科學基金委員會港澳臺事務辦公室主任張永濤先生、中央人民政府駐香港特別行政區聯絡辦公室教育科技部二級巡視員劉懋洲先生,以及京港學術交流中心總裁徐海山先生。中大出席嘉賓包括學術顧問委員會主席及中大副校長岑美霞教授,以及研討會籌委會主席、中大醫學院助理院長(內地事務)及卓敏矯形外科及創傷學教授秦嶺教授。 段崇智校長於致辭時表示,骨與關節軟骨退變和再生是創新生物醫學的重點研究方向之一,也是中大的優勢學科,尤其是在骨內植物、康復醫學、幹細胞治療、組織工程、組織間相互調控等領域取得了豐碩成果。除了開拓更多尖端研究,中大也積極推動研發成果的轉移,推進研發實踐及與產業連接,未來希望與各位專家學者在相關領域開展更多科研合作。 張永濤主任表示,此次研討會主題骨與關節軟骨退變和再生,對人民生命健康意義重大,將為本領域的內地與香港學者提供科研交流和研究成果分享平臺,促進更多潛在的合作機遇,促進兩地科技繁榮,建設創新型國家貢獻力量。 徐海山總裁發言表示,研討會匯聚香港與內地的專家學者力求在前沿問題的研究上追求更大突破,以服務於國民健康需求,使國家在此領域的發展達到世界先進水準,減少由疾病帶給患者的病痛,提高他們的生活品質,使國人受惠。 中大校長段崇智教授、中國工程院院士張英澤教授、第三(陸軍)軍醫大學第三附屬醫院研究員陳林教授為大會發表主題演講,共30位來自內地及香港的專家學者在研討會上發表學術報告。 自2007年起,中大每年在國家自然科學基金會與京港學術交流中心的合作協議框架下舉辦不同主題的學術研討會,提供平臺讓兩地學者就不同研究領域交換意見,並探討未來合作機會。過往研討會的主題包括量子信息科技、智慧城市、生物資訊及應用、化學生物學、凝聚態及光物理學、發育過程中的健康與疾病、自動化與控製、氣候變化、消化疾病、海量數據、青少年精神健康及疾病、大數據驅動的管理與決策、人工智能、以及氣候變化、健康與可持續發展。請按此了解往年研討會的資訊。     其他傳媒報道: 大公報:兩地學者交流 研軟骨退變與再生 (takungpao.com.hk) 人民網:港中大舉行骨與關節軟骨退變和再生學術研討會–港澳–人民網 (people.com.cn)

香港中文大學上海中心正式進駐上海楊浦區

在香港特別行政區慶祝成立二十五周年之際,7月4日下午,香港中文大學(中大)與上海楊浦區以線上線下相結合的方式,舉行合作框架協議簽約儀式,共同建設「香港中文大學上海中心」。出席儀式嘉賓包括上海市陳群副市長、中央人民政府駐香港特別行政區聯絡辦公室教育科技部蔣建湘部長、中大校長段崇智教授、上海市教委王平主任、楊浦區謝堅鋼區委書記、薛侃區長、中大常務副校長陳金樑教授及中大副校長陳偉儀教授、大學相關代表和校友,以及楊浦區區委辦公室、區政府辦公室、區委統戰部、區科委、區教育局、楊浦科創集團、雙創學院代表出席了典禮。合作框架協議由中大校長段崇智教授與楊浦科創集團鄭岳肖董事長代表簽署,陳群副市長和謝堅鋼區委書記為中心揭牌,標誌中大正式進駐上海楊浦區。 段崇智校長致辭時表示:「習近平主席在回歸大會暨香港特別行政區政府就職典禮上表示,中央全力支持香港抓住國家發展帶來的歷史機遇,主動對接粵港澳大灣區建設等國家戰略。中大的2021-2025年策略計劃及内地發展策略,明確要把握國家十四五規劃,積極融入國家發展大局,進一步在粵港澳大灣區、上海和北京等地區加強發展動力,融入內地經濟、教育及科技日益發展的進程。在上海建立香港中文大學上海中心,是中大內地發展的重點部署,除了支持長三角一體化建設,還將致力促進創新型和專業人才的培養,科創合作及學術交流。中心將積極發揮滬港資源優勢,與楊浦區共同開發創新型人才培訓項目、搭建兩地企業家、學者及學生的交流平台,達致政府、高校及企業共建互利共贏。」 陳群副市長在講話中指出:「香港和上海兩地同為中國最為開放的樞紐和平台,面向未來,滬港兩地攜手開展更大範圍、更高水準、更深層次的合作,不僅對促進兩地經濟社會發展具有重要意義,更對服務國家改革開放大局具有長遠意義。楊浦區是上海高等院校、科教資源聚集區,香港中文大學是世界知名的研究型綜合大學,希望雙方充分發揮各自優勢,進一步集聚創新資源,聚焦培養高素質人才、深化重點領域合作、服務新發展格局,把香港中文大學上海中心打造成為促進滬港融合發展的重要橋樑和紐帶。」 蔣建湘部長致辭時表示:「希望新成立的香港中文大學上海中心能成為香港高校在長三角地區合作的成功範例,充分利用香港高校基礎研究的實力、人才培養的優勢、創新轉化的經驗,搭乘上海市支持創新創業發展的東風,實現優勢互補、相向而行。香港中聯辦將一如既往地支持香港中文大學等香港高校和內地城市開展合作,將繼續當好香港和內地的科技和高等教育合作交流的平台和紐帶,持續促進香港進一步融入國家發展大局,發揮香港所長貢獻國家所需。」 謝堅鋼區委書記表示:「希望雙方以簽約為契機,積極推動創新研發與產業升級共進、創業氣場和大學文化共鳴,持續放大協同創新的輻射帶動效應,更好地實現互利共贏;共聚人才之力,推動中大優質教育資源向楊浦各領域輻射延伸,為楊浦打造『優質教育集聚區』、構築人才集聚『強磁場』注入新活力,在長三角、全國乃至全球展現影響力、體現競爭力。」 中大一直以來積極加強與內地連繫。自回歸以來,中大與上海的合作與日俱增,中大與復旦大學和上海交通大學等頂尖學府建立了牢固的伙伴關係,範圍包括共建研究單位、科研項目合作、合辦課程,以及學者與學生交流等。2021年,中大與上海人工智能國家實驗室共建了人工智能交叉學科研究所,打造國際一流的人工智能科創新平台。為貫徹落實國家《十四五規劃綱要》完善港澳融入國家發展大局、實現兩地優勢互補和協同發展,中大與上海市共同推動中大上海中心落地楊浦區建設發展。中心依託中大在主要教研領域的優勢、知識型企業的國際聲望,擴展和加深與上海市的協作。 上海是內地人口最多的城市,也是全國經濟與金融中心,被公認為是創新創業和教育的領先樞紐。楊浦區擁有上海中心城區最大的土地面積,最大的常住人口,以及最長的黃浦江濱江岸線,通過大學校區、科技園區和公共社區「三區聯動」,積極營造政府、高校、企業共建共贏局面。中大上海中心將坐落於楊浦區上海五角場創新創業學院,建成後將定期舉辦各類學術會議和論壇活動,加深與內地高校和企業合作關係,支持科研人員和團隊進行跨領域合作研究,推動各學科的學術項目,並作為上海乃至整個華東地區校友的聚集地。

中大與浙江大學舉行合作指導委員會會議暨數字經濟聯合研究中心成立典禮

香港中文大學(中大)與浙江大學(浙大)舉行合作指導委員會第二次會議,商討兩校現有及未來合作計劃,並成立「浙江大學─香港中文大學數字經濟聯合研究中心」,共同推動數字經濟領域及相關交叉學科的發展與創新突破。會議暨成立儀式於5月11日在中大及浙大以實體及網上直播混合模式舉行。 兩校於會議上討論現有合作項目的發展,包括先進光子學聯合研究實驗室、浙大國際聯合商學院與中大工程學院碩士課程聯合培養項目,以及雙方共建數字經濟聯合研究中心的概況及展望。兩校代表在會上續簽學生交換計劃備忘錄和簽署共建數字經濟聯合研究中心框架協議,並同時舉行「浙江大學─香港中文大學數字經濟聯合研究中心」成立儀式。 中大與會代表包括校長段崇智教授、副校長陳偉儀教授、副校長岑美霞教授、社會科學院院長趙志裕教授、工程學院副院長(研究)及兩校先進光子學聯合研究實驗室聯席主任曾漢奇教授、工程學院副院長(教育)李丹教授、經濟學系系主任鄺啟新教授、金融科技理學碩士課程主任陳俊光教授、兩校數字經濟聯合研究中心聯席主任宋錚教授、內地及大中華發展處黃咏處長。浙大出席活動的有校長吳朝暉院士、副校長何蓮珍教授、經濟學院院長張俊森教授、經濟學院經濟學系系主任朱希偉教授、兩校數字經濟聯合研究中心聯席主任汪淼軍教授、光電科學與工程學院院長、兩校先進光子學聯合研究實驗室聯席主任戴道鋅教授、國際聯合商學院院長賁聖林教授、港澳台事務辦公室主任李敏副教授及副主任劉鄭一女士。 中大校長段崇智教授在典禮中表示:「浙大是中大在內地的主要合作伙伴之一,是次共建聯合研究中心進一步鞏固了中大近年建立的重要伙伴網絡。數字經濟聯合研究中心將以數字經濟為核心組建方向,以中國數字化實踐為研究背景,探索數字經濟的發展規律和創造數字經濟的前沿理論,以取得具國際影響力的成果。中心將為中大、浙大及世界各地的學者提供合作機會,並培養一流科研人才,促進數字經濟和區域一體化發展。」 浙大校長吳朝暉院士表示:「祝賀段崇智校長續任中大校長,近年兩校沒有受到疫情的影響,不斷鞏固科研教學交流成果,培育新的合作增長點。我們期望透過彙聚雙方的學科優勢及資源、加強師資交流和聚焦重點項目,能有效發掘合作潛能、發揮地區優勢,並抓住新一輪科技革命和產業變革加速演進的新機遇。通過數字化改革引領地區社會經濟通向高質量發展,共同為國家和全球繁榮發展作出更大貢獻。」 數字經濟聯合研究中心已在人工智能、平台經濟、數字長三角、數字大灣區、企業數字化轉型、數字貨幣和數字治理等重大前沿領域開展合作研究。其中由中心領銜,並與支付寶香港及螞蟻集團研究院合作的一項研究,首次利用30萬香港居民的消費大數據分析2021年香港政府推出電子消費劵的成效,發現香港消費券顯著帶動電子支付平台的消費,其效應遠高於其他國家或地區推出的消費計劃。香港特區政府在2022年2月的政策講話中亦引用此項研究報告,顯示有關研究對政策制定具有高度專業的參考價值。 憑著領先全球的科研優勢,中大致力推動跨學科研究,結合來自各方的智慧與實力,推動技術創新與突破,造福國家及全球社群。浙大與中大自1991年起建立伙伴關係,一直以來兩校交流協作頻繁,合作範疇涉及聯合科研項目、研究生培養及學生交流等各個層面。兩校同為中國大學校長聯誼會、綠色大學聯盟的主要成員,並先後合作成立天然藥物與毒理學研究聯合實驗室、先進光子學聯合研究實驗室,共同創造科研成果。是次會議不但為兩校提供了聯繫與溝通平台,更有助兩校共同開闢新領域和建構更系統化的合作。

香港中文大學(中大)與復旦大學(復旦)於4月25日在線召開兩校合作指導委員會第五次會議,就校際合作事宜做進一步的溝通與交流,會議由中大校長段崇智教授和復旦校長金力教授主持。中大出席代表包括副校長陳偉儀教授、副校長岑美霞教授、工商管理學院周林院長、生物醫學學院陳文樂院長、地理與資源管理學系系主任馮通教授、滬港發展聯合研究所聯席所長杜巨瀾教授、生物醫學學院張智鈞教授及顧燊教授、內地及大中華發展處黃咏處長。復旦陳志敏副校長、生命科學學院林鑫華院長、附屬婦產科醫院徐叢劍院長、附屬兒科醫院黃國英院長、滬港發展聯合研究所聯席所長陳詩一教授、歷史學系黨委書記劉金華、泛海國際金融學院錢軍院長及港澳台事務辦公室沈國麟主任代表出席會議。 段校長致辭時表示,兩校在合作指導委員會的機制下,合作更加有序、項目更多元化。非常期待兩校在重大科研領域的縱深合作。金校長指出中大和復旦肩負共同的使命,為建設全球科技創新高地做出重要貢獻。兩校有著深厚的合作歷史,更有廣闊的合作空間。雙方代表就合作項目展開討論,議題圍繞合作項目包括兩校生命科學與醫學聯合研究中心、滬港發展聯合研究所、旅遊管理聯合培養項目等展開,並進一步探討新的研究生項目合作。會議最後段校長與金校長代表兩校續簽校際合作交流協議。 復旦與中大自1985年起建立學術聯繫,合作範疇廣泛,兩校同為中國大學校長聯誼會、滬港大學聯盟及大學通識教育聯盟的主要成員。2021年雙方共建生命科學與醫學聯合研究中心,加強多學科融合共同發展。是次會議增進雙方聯繫與溝通,促進未來拓展新的合作領域及建構更緊密的合作平台。

香港中文大學(中大)校長段崇智教授與清華大學(清華)校長王希勤教授於4月11日線上會面並續簽兩校本科生交換計劃備忘錄及學術交流協議。參與會議的中大代表包括常務副校長陳金樑教授、副校長岑美霞教授、工商管理學院院長周林教授、兩校金融財務工商管理碩士課程主任劉民教授、經濟學系系主任鄺啟新教授、兩校中國經濟聯合研究中心主任宋錚教授、內地及大中華發展處黃咏處長。清華副校長楊斌教授、經濟管理學院院長白重恩教授、經濟管理學院副院長徐心教授、港澳台辦公室主任酈金梁教授及副主任肖茜女士代表出席會議。 段校長表示,雖然雙方因為疫情原因暫時不能面對面相聚,但是兩校的合作與交流都沒有因此受到影響,期待兩校更有策略地發揮各自優勢,實現更大跨越和進步。雙方代表於會上交流座談,從兩校金融財務工商管理碩士項目的合作、中國經濟聯合研究中心的建設與發展、人才培養等方面回顧了已取得的合作成果,並就未來合作提出建議及交換意見。中大段崇智校長及清華王希勤校長於會上續簽兩校合作交流協議及學生交換計劃備忘錄。 中大與清華合作關係淵源深厚,自1985年簽定首份兩校學術交流協議起,兩校之間的聯繫和交流一直不斷加強,無論在教學、研究,以至學生、行政交流等方面都有長足發展。雙方合辦金融財務工商管理碩士課程,共建中國經濟聯合研究中心,並共同舉辦世界慈善公益論壇。今年3月25日及4月29日,清華學生藝術團交響樂隊參加了由中大舉辦的“不‘疫’‘樂’乎”文藝雲匯演活動,用音樂為兩地師生發放正能量。

「大國建造·築夢未來」校園報告會系列活動在10月28日於香港中文大學祖堯堂舉行,由「大國巨匠」趙元超先生講述國家建築的發展歷程和卓越成就。由香港中聯辦、香港特區政府及中國建築集團主辦的「時代精神耀香江」之大國建造主題展,邀請了多位中國建築專家走訪香港的大學校園,並擔任「大國建造·築夢未來」校園報告會的主講嘉賓。其中中國建築西北設計研究院總建築師趙元超先生於10月28日現身香港中文大學祖堯堂,擔任第四場校園報告會系列的主講嘉賓,中大協理副校長(校外聯系及推廣)金江先生擔任報告會主持。中大與會代表包括文物館館長姚進莊教授、姚連生建築學教授吳恩融教授、傳訊及公共關系處長張宏艷女士及中大內地及大中華發展處黃咏女士。 趙元超先生以「從人文建築到山水城市——城市文化塑造與品質提升」為主題發表演講,以中國西部建築實踐出發,探討建築與土地、城市及人的三層關係,並以延安地區和西安城市內的建築創作例子,分享如何在傳統文化底蘊的城市空間平衡建築的現代性。 「大國巨匠」趙元超先生是中國建築集團西北設計研究院總建築師,亦是內地與香港互認建築師。其代表作包括楊淩國際會議展覽中心(2002年第十屆全國優秀工程勘察設計銀獎)及西安市滻灞生態區行政中心(2015年第十四屆全國優秀工程勘察設計銀獎)。 另外,「時代精神耀香江」之大國建造主題展在10月25日至30日假香港會展中心3D展覽廳展出,除了介紹中國的建築歷史及技術外,亦展出本港及內地多個歷史及現代建築的模型和圖片,包括港珠澳大橋和香港故宮文化博物館。 中建集團嘉賓包括中建香港助理總經理張毅先生、中國海外集團董事、中國建築國際集團執行董事兼行政總裁張海鵬先生、 中建三局總工程師張琨先生、中國海外集團副總工程師、安全總監姜紹傑先生等。
